PP101 and Chock Full of Cheer

Happy Monday, Stampers! I hope you all had a nice weekend. I did, and I was happy to find some quality time to stamp. Now, if only I could find some quality time to organize and clean my craft room, LOL!  I used my favorite new Christmas stamp set, Chock Full of Cheer, to create this simple but fun red and white card. This set has several great images, a greeting, and even a "to" and "from" stamp for a gift tag. What more could you need?

My project was designed for this week's Paper Players sketch challenge. As soon as I saw the large circle in this sketch, my first thought was "doily". My second thought was "Christmas", though I'm not sure why, since it was close to 100 degrees here in New York this past weekend. Maybe I was wishing for a cool breeze!

The first layer of the focal image was cut with the new Delicate Doilies Sizzlit. Over that, I adhered a 2 3/8" Scallop Circle which I ran through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder. The candy canes were stamped and cut out by hand, then attached with Dimensionals. The entire thing was attached to the card with more Dimensionals.
