PPA135 and Fine Flourish In Color

Today's post features an about-to-retire background stamp called Fine Flourish. This is such a beautiful stamp and I'm kind of mad at myself for not utilizing it more. The greeting is from a set called Sincere Salutations, one of my favorite greeting sets. It is also retiring on May 31.

The layout was inspired by a sketch from Pals Paper Arts. As you can see, I turned the sketch 180 degrees.

The image was stamped in Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Black Embossing Powder. I thought I would feature some retiring marker colors, so I chose In Color Markers (see below for list of colors). The embossed outline makes it easy to 'stay in the lines'.
