SSC246 and Plant Hope Birthday

Greetings, Stampers! I have a clean and simple masculine card to share with you today. I think this card will be perfect for my son, who loves camping and the outdoors. This card was "cased" from my very talented fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Pat.

I changed the colors and layout a bit to work with the Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge for this week. The tree and sun in this sketch were what inspired me.

The trees were stamped with Early Espresso Ink onto Very Vanilla Card Stock. The setting sun was achieved by masking. I punched a hole in scrap paper with my 1 3/8" circle punch. I placed the mask over the trees and sponged with So Saffron and Cajun Craze Ink using Sponge Daubers. The flying birds are from the Uncharted Territory Stamp Set.
