PP88 and Party This Way

Greetings! I'm back with more Sale-A-Bration products to share with you. Today's card features the Party This Way Stamp Set and Brights Designer Buttons. You know, I always find juvenile cards a challenge to make, especially for boys, but this set is just perfect! I'm so happy I earned it for free, besides!

The inspiration for this card was the sample in the Sale-A-Bration catalog. I changed it up just a bit to work with the Paper Players Sketch Challenge. (Great sketch, Ann!) This card will be for my nephew's birthday next month. I love being prepared ahead of time!

The Tempting Turquoise balloon was stamped directly onto the Whisper White Card Stock. The Old Olive and Daffodil Delight balloons were punched out of Brights Designer Paper using the Small Oval Punch. The stems for those two balloons were snipped from card stock and adhered with a tiny dot of Mono Adhesive (and a pair of tweezers!) The string was drawn on with a Basic Gray Marker using a ruler.

  1. Love it!!! Of course I'm a huge fan since the card you mentioned in the SAB catalog is the reason I just had to get the small oval punch & choose the party this way stamp set as one of my freebies. I was thinking it would make such a great kids card as well. Boys can be tough to design cards for, but I think this one is sure to be a hit.
