MOJO234 and Elementary Elegance

Greetings, Stampers! Today's monochromatic card features the Elementary Elegance Stamp Set and Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper, both products that can be earned free with a $50 purchase during Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration.

This week's Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge is round or square. I've yet to do a completely round card, though it is on my to-do list. I chose to do a square card, but one of an un-traditional size. My card is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4", which means you can fit it into a standard envelope and it does not require extra postage. Hmm, just thinking now that I could have made a custom sized envelope with my new Simply Scored Diagonal Plate. Next time, for sure. Another to-do...

I used the removable center from one of the stamps in the Elementary Elegance Stamp Set to make the color blocked center for the birthday greeting. I also sponged with Crumb Cake Ink and distressed the edges a little with my bone folder to give a more vintage-y feel.
