MOJO226 and Elementary Elegance

Greetings, Stampers! I have a square card to share with you today that features the Elementary Elegance Stamp Set. I chose a Basic Black and Very Vanilla color scheme with a splash of Daffodil Delight and Old Olive. The background (top) was made with the Very Vintage Wheel and the bottom is First Edition Specialty Paper.

I don't often make square cards, but did so for this week's Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge. The card measures 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" and fits perfectly into Stampin' Up's Medium Square Envelopes. If you decide to make a card this size, just remember that it will require extra postage if you are mailing it.

I stamped the focal image with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Black Embossing Powder. The greeting was stamped and then punched with the Curly Label Punch. The flowers and leaves were made using the Big Shot and two Sizzlit Dies, Floral Fusion and Little Leaves.

Such a striking card, Sandy! The "pop" of yellow certainly sets it off!
