What a fun project this was to make! I really like how the Something Sweet Stamp Set works with these cute little treat cups. I designed this card for a birthday, but it could easily be used as a Valentines Day project, also. The best part... It's filled with real candy!
There is lots of shine and sparkle and fun for this birthday princess. The scallop trim border was punched from Silver Glimmer Paper. The body of the gumball machine was heat embossed with Melon Mambo and Silver Embossing Powders. A Silver Glimmer Brad and a couple of Rhinestones add just a little more bling.
My stampin' buddy Justin designed the pocket with removable tab slide insert for the inside of the card, so the recipient can get to their treats, and perhaps fill the cup up again. What a great design! I cut the Pretty in Pink Card Stock to a 2 3/4" square. I scored at 1/4" along the two sides and bottom, and folded on the score lines to create the envelope. Then I just slid in a piece of Whisper White Card Stock topped with a Round Tab Punch.
