Spice Cake Place Mats

Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all had a nice weekend. I was busy this weekend working on making Spice Cake fabric place mats for my Thanksgiving table. I made twelve of them, though I probably won't need that many.  That's OK, I'll have a few spares in case someone drops a glob of cranberry sauce on one, and I already know who that someone will be!

I'm not much of a sewer, but these were very easy to make. I used a super simple pattern I found on the Crafts and Fabric Links website, and you can see the pattern by clicking here. Each place mat calls for a 13" x 18" piece of fabric, so a package of Stampin' Up! Designer Fabric will make six place mats.

My place mats coordinate with the Spice Cake Place Cards I made a week or so ago. You can see that post by clicking here.

Also part of this ensemble are Spice Cake Napkin Rings and you can go to that post by clicking here. I have one or two more projects on my to-do list for my table and I hope to get to both of them later this week. After all, Thanksgiving is only a little more than a week away!

Stampin' Up! Products Used:
