Gently Falling Clean and Simple Birthday

There are a lot of male birthdays on my calendar this time of year. This card is going to my neighbor and very dear friend, John. He's a simple and down to earth kind of guy, and I think this clean and simple card will be perfect for him.

The Gently Falling Stamp Set is not just for autumnal holidays. The simple leaf images are perfect for any time of year, and work great for masculine cards. I made a coordinating envelope, of course. To me a card does not feel complete unless the envelope is stamped with a little something in one corner.

The inside of the card has the coordinating greeting from the Petite Pairs Stamp Set. The leaves inside were inked with Soft Suede Ink and stamped off once for subtle color.
