Uncharted Territory Meets Netting

This card is almost an exact replica of a card a made for Father's Day, which you can see by clicking here. I changed up just a thing or two, but most of all, I wanted to try combining it with the fabulous new Netting background stamp, which I absolutely love. You can see another card using this stamp here.

I thought this would be a perfect birthday card for my husband's cousin, who owns a house on the water and loves all things nautical. As with the original version of this card, I heat embossed the focal image. The panel embossed with the Square Lattice embossing folder adds another layer of dimension, which provides interest to an otherwise very monochromatic card.

Great masculine card! They sure can be doozies to come up with at time. The netting background stamp does look like one that you could use often.
