Fun and Fast Anniversary Card

Yesterday was my wedding anniversary and this is the cute but silly card I made for hubby. Of course, I am the butterfly and he is the hedgehog, LOL! I used the Fun and Fast notes stamp set which is retiring at the end of this month. As you can see, I mixed and matched the image and sentiment, which is one of the things that makes this stamp set so versatile. The background was stamped with the Sanded background stamp, which is also retiring on June 30.

I stamped the image on Whisper White cardstock first, then punched it out with the Full Heart punch, leaving the butterfly to the right and cutting off part of the hedgehog. I stamped the image again on Crumb Cake card stock, cut out the hedgehog and layered it on top. For the "You" and "Me" images, I used a marker to ink only the words I wanted in the stamps.
