Vintage Vogue Meets Framed Tulips

My Vintage Vogue stamp set has been feeling neglected lately and wanted to come out and play. Of course, I agreed, and we came up with this card. I'm really happy with the results. I think the cherry-vanilla-crumb cake combination is just yummy! The card is sentiment free so it will be suitable for many occasions. I tried to work some seam binding into the design with no success so I just left it alone. I guess Vintage Vogue wanted center stage!
Good news: the awesome Framed Tulips embossing folder used to make this card, which was offered in the Occasions Mini catalog, is still available. To view a complete list of carryover products from this catalog, click here.

How did you cut out the frame so nicely? I'd love to hear how you did this.
